Order Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. We’re here to help make that as easy as possible for you. No problem at all—we’re here to make it easy for you! Just remember cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your artwork has been shipped, we’re unable to process cancellations.

When Can You Cancel Your Order?

  • Standard Orders: If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order will have already entered the processing or shipping stage, making cancellations unavailable.
  • Custom Artwork: Because custom-made pieces are personalized to your specifications, we’re unable to accept cancellations once the order is confirmed. This ensures our artists can start creating your unique piece right away.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled within the allowed 24-hour window, we’ll issue a full refund. Once your refund is processed, you can expect to see the amount back in your account within 7–10 business days. It will be credited using the same payment method you used when placing the order. Just a heads-up—if there were any shipping charges, those won’t be refundable.

How to Cancel Your Order

Need to cancel? It’s easy. Just contact our customer support team by email or phone. Please have your order number ready and provide any additional details to help us locate your order quickly. Once we’ve received your request, we’ll confirm the cancellation and start processing your refund, if applicable.

Need to Make Changes Instead?

Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes to the artwork or shipping details. That said, if you need to request a change, contact us right away. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the status of your order.
