At Kalashree Art, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether you need to return an item, request a refund, or address an issue, we’re here to help. Below is everything you need to know about our return and refund policy.

Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the artwork within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and packed securely in the same way it was delivered to you. Simply reach out to our customer service team to start the return process. Keep in mind that return shipping charges are your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will go back to the original payment method you used. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are non-refundable, including custom or personalized artwork like commissioned pieces or items made to your specifications. To avoid any issues, we recommend reviewing all the details carefully before placing an order for custom artwork.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, don’t worry. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide photos showing the damage. Once we verify the issue, we’ll either replace the item or give you a full refund—whichever you prefer.s

Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different artwork, you’ll need to return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the one you want.
